What differentiates Act! from other similar products?
The ability to segment the clients into multiple categories for segmentation is good and also Unlimited contacts without complicated pricing when you Reach another threshold.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The ability to make notes and put the urgency of certain alarms I like the most
What do you dislike most about this product?
That I do not have the ability to export or import notes from a CSV or to one.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Make sure other crms you're checking out are transparent about the number of contacts you can have before they raise the price.
