What differentiates Act! from other similar products?

I have used ACT for many years and I believe it gets better with every version and has become more intuitive every time. The greatest part of this product may be the people. Very helpful and knowledge at on-boarding and support I could not be more happy with this product and the service.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ability to manage all communications with customers and prospects and the integration with Outlook.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I have no complaints at all.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Utilize the on-boarding training process and education opportunities.
