What differentiates 8x8 XCaaS from other similar products?

The best thing I have experience so far is integration of third part software like social media and upload of data for Client Relationship Management. It provide seamless usage with fast automation activities without personally using many man working hours to alters data by your self.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of the product is call management.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The price is a little bit higher for startups like me. I think some discount should be giving to small business to help them scale up.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend the software to marketers for Customer Relationship Management. It will help them increase their clientele base by managing effective relationship with them. This is done by automating massages to them on timely manner.
