It's not super expensive if you get the Rippling integration discount
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
None it's been a complete headache
What do you dislike most about this product?
The survey tool is not user-friendly at all. You cannot do even base things like preview a survey before launching. You cannot segment your surveys either. The support team is useless. It takes over 48 hours to get a response and when you do it's typically just a link back to a help article. The people I have spoken to are not educated on the product and cannot answer even minor questions. The sync option is extremely confusing you cannot just go in and make an update to a user profile as a one-off. The UI is terrible and not user-friendly. Additionally, you will get ZERO support from an actual person during implementation.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Look to Lattice it's a much better-built product with superior customer support. Be prepared that you will not get any help during implementation other than a person that emails you videos and then will ghost you if you have questions. Know that you will not get answers to your questions timely which will significantly slow down your productivity.
