What differentiates ZoomInfo Sales from other similar products?
What differentiate ZoomInfo apart is its dial data. ZoomInfo rarely provides the direct employee's mobile number but it does at times. I've tested it myself and 7 out of 10 numbers are correct. This is very powerful tool as it saves time and strengthens the connection.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite feature is the company hierarchy where if I want to search for a specific company employee details, ZoomInfo shows me who is C-level, who is the director, and who is the manager. When I call a VP, I already know who they report to and this makes my conversation sound very professional. This helps me a lot in closing my deals with the respective clients.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The dislike about this product is that it sometimes provides us with outdated data. I've seen myself that a lead who changed jobs 6 months ago, ZoomInfo is still showing the old company. They should keep their verifications up to date. Right now, it's just raw data that needs to be sorted out before implementation that does affects us in one way or the other.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you are a sales person then you can take ZoomInfo but just remember one thing that its sole purpose is to use data and direct dials. Company hierarchy and its relevant data is good but for account management or customer success this tool does seems like an overkill. Also do get the pricing negotiated with the help of your manager. You can also get a discount if you take a 1 year contract. My company had taken a 15% discount.

What differentiates ZoomInfo Sales from other similar products?
it is different because its contact and company data is more complete and reliable, especially for larger B2B accounts. It also does a better job connecting data with real buying signals, which makes prospecting and account prioritization easier compared to similar tools
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite aspect is how accurate and detailed the contact data is. It saves time because I can trust the information and focus on reaching the right people instead of cleaning lists.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The biggest downside is the cost, especially for smaller teams. It can also feel restrictive with credit limits, which makes you think twice before pulling large lists.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I’d recommend being clear on your use case before buying and making sure your team will actively use it. It works best for B2B teams that rely heavily on outbound or account‑based sales
