What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

It has amazing functionality and is simple to use for our users from many departments on any device from anywhere without any technical knowledge that differentiates Zoom from other similar products.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I appreciate that, in addition to being a video communication option for the current world, you can also display your screen, link and control another person's screen, and draw on slides, among other things. It may be used in a variety of meeting formats as well as in the IT area to show and train users. Breakout rooms have been shown to be beneficial in a variety of situations. It works nicely on my computer, tablet, and phone, making it a convenient alternative for on-the-go users. Every time I log onto Zoom, I seem to uncover a new function that makes my life simpler.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It may be incredibly sluggish at times, much more so than Google Meet, which is why we still utilise Meet for the majority of our general, bigger meetings. While having a faster internet connection is preferable, it is not always attainable, and meet is more reliable in that regard. I occasionally have difficulties connecting my Bluetooth speakers, and even when they are connected, the volume appears to be very low no matter what I try. As a premium customer, I believe that audio should not be my primary concern.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Compared to WebEx, or any other application, Zoom makes it the easiest to arrange and distribute an invitation. Zoom allows me to speak with people from any device, anywhere, with the good audio and video quality.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

Ever improving feature and functionality of zoom is one of the best. Ease of use and well organised navigation /interaction options.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The product has an amazing speed and ease of usage. The primary icon set listed on top is one of the best and the UI looks smooth. Very reliable for file sharing and screen sharing . Less call drops.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Could have lagging on slow network. Call reconnect could be improved.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Great product to use for professional collaboration and even for personal usage. Very easy to use and learn for all age group.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

Zoom has many more unique features which attract customers too much. First of all, smart meeting control through shortcuts. Especially the hiding meeting control, temporary mute/unmute calls on long-press of the space bar are really amazing controls and this feature is available in both Windows and Mac platforms. The live transcript is also a very unique feature I believe and also very useful as well. This platform saves chat message content over any meeting session just post-completion session, the same way this platform saves a recording of audio/video files automatically if the recording session is selected locally rather than on the cloud

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Zoom meeting platform is user-friendly which make it easy to use just in one click. This platform fulfils all my needs in one complete package. Schedule meeting, Join a meeting, instantly start a new meeting followed by an invite anyone, record meeting on the cloud as well on locally, one to one chat, chats under the channel, call feature through VOIP, file sharing through personal chat or on the channel, use of emoticons on chat message also great features, etc. Switch meeting from desktop to mobile is a really great and unique feature from Zoom meeting. As a new feature from "Zoom meeting", we can have multiple meetings instances at once.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Rather than dislike, I would say a few improvements which will add greater value to this product. Due to any reason if the meeting call is disconnected then there is no way to join back without opening the meeting invitation(Calendar section) of any email client. Also, at some point, the audio is distorted. Sometimes I feel intermittent disconnection during calls over the mobile application, especially when I am using another application and the Zoom application is running in the background. Zoom can work on some type of notification for hosts to remind them when there is unwanted background noise comes, so tell them how to mute all.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Zoom is excellent for audio and video conferencing tools, especially during this pandemic this platform become our lifeline. Now, it has become a daily feature of our organisation, and we connect with our branch offices with the help of Zoom Video Conferences. Zoom is usable on mobiles and other portable devices such as tablets, making it easier and quicker to message or meet virtually during any emergency.
