What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

Zoom provides smooth audio and video call services. It integrates beautifully with Slack owing to which sending invitation for meetings is very easy. It is secured and genuine. Conference meetings and online webinars can be organized with same efficiency as meetings.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Zoom is very simple to set up. Through screen sharing abilities presentations can be delivered. Due to good integration with Slack, meetings can be initiated without worries. Zoom is compatible with many platforms; cell phones, PCs, browsers, so one can access it at any moment.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The interface seems to be old-school. Some bugs might be encountered especially when the meetings/conferences become overcrowded. Zoom may also appear costly to some. The duration per session should be at least 1 hour instead of 40-45 minutes.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Zoom is leading the video call applications. It is cloud-based and allows users to personalize their meetings according to their requirements. Although, it’s not a new tool now every second person is using it. So, give it a try!

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

It is a bit more user-friendly and has more features/options. This is the only platform with which I've had experience on the back end, but it has been a positive experience for our organization.

Must have a pro license to have more minutes and participants

Not sure of the cost of other similar products, but Zoom is pretty reasonable and was learned by staff pretty easily.

Zoom meeting platform provides a great video and audio conferencing experience and the video quality is just amazing and different from the others, this platform has also a very seamless future related to screening sharing which works really very well. The meeting recording feature is easy to use and records the entire meeting in high-quality video. Record Zoom meeting platform is also really very easy to use and this works even great on the web browser, mobile application and on the web application as well, any fresher can use this platform from day one easily, These are the main features that differentiates Zoom from other similar products

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The favorite aspect of this product is the video conferencing quickly, Zoom meetings provide high definition video quality even in the slow and unstable internet connection and this works really seamlessly. I can use the great video quality on web browsers, web applications, and even in mobile applications. I also like the instant screen sharing feature which really works great and fast, this product allows me to share my half as well and the full screen, I can also able to give access to others so that they may share their screen as well, this whole process is easy and seamless. What do you dislike most about this product?

The security of this meeting platform is the one that I don't like, this is not secure when I use this on the mobile application, anyone can use this platform if I lost my mobile and am able to see all the data and information. Hence this is the first thing that I don't like, on the other hand, the integration and the customization process are not seamless, this takes a lot of time to integrate this platform with the others, and on the other hand customization process is not very easy.

The one who is considering this product, I would say definitely try this out, this is a feature-loaded meeting platform and is best for online meeting needs.
