What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

Zoom has a lot of unique features which help me to differentiate from other meeting platforms in the market. The audio/Video conferencing quality of this tool is crystal clear, even the presentation of the screen along with the whiteboard presentation is really amazing. The use of pointers during screen presentations is really nice to work with. This platform supports a Virtual classroom feature which is really helpful to make any training session interactive. The live transcription along with an automated caption and breakout room is also very rare to find in other meeting platforms in the market. Saving meeting chat content is also unique.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The super user-friendliness of Zoom is one of my favourite aspects. Just in one click, you can start any meeting, start audio/video calls, 1:1 or channel chat, sending meeting invitation is also possible in a single click, screen sharing, start recording session, quick file transfer, giving reaction on chatting text with the help of emoji and many more features are really very easy to use. Zoom nicely work without MS Outlook and Google Calendar, even inbuilt integration with MS Teams is also very great. Changing the meeting background or setting blur background is a really good example of customisation. This platform supports VoIP calls also.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I don't think Zoom has any flaws so I am sorry to say no dislike from my side. Of course, I can mention a few suggestions which will add greater value to the Zoom application. I wish we should have the capability to delete sent messages with some timeline because sometimes we send any message accidentally and are not sure whether another person read it or not. I am expecting the same implementation as Whatsapp applications have. I understand the Zoom meeting platform is mostly used in the professional area but we can always make any feature configurable. Sometimes I observe intermittent disconnection during meeting calls on iPad/iPhone apps.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I don't think Zoom really needs any kind of recommendations, like I said Zoom is a trending meeting platform. Just get one package that will have Zoom meeting and Zoom Video Webinar & Zoom Rooms will come as an add-on which makes this platform is pocket friendly. The webinar has a live polling capability which is a really unique feature. Surprisingly Zoom application is available on all trending platforms such as native Windows, Mac, iOS and Android. I prefer to use Zoom on iPad because there is no limitation irrespective of the developed platform. At last, I would say, just try once free version, definitely, you would buy the license of it.

Zoom is different from other similar products in the following ways:- 1) Ease of use. 2) UI / UX 3) Simple interface. 4) No Prior Training of the Product is needed. 5) Screen Sharing Feature in HD Quality 6) Can connect with a Simple Handset and listen to the Audio of the Meeting / Webinar is the best feature that makes it unique among all other similar products ( in India so many of us are using this feature)

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is nothing which I dislike about the product but if they can give a little more discount to Indians, it will be really helpful for small/individual consultants like me to grow our business.

I highly recommended people who want to use similar products should go with zoom, it should be their great investment.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

The clarity of audio/video conferencing won my heart, even on low internet bandwidth the application manage work properly through the network simulation. Zoom meeting is available on a mobile device, a desktop computer(Windows and Mac), or a tablet, and also includes a Web-based app for joining meetings. This platform is some unique features that help me pick Zoom as the best collaboration tool such as Webinar is an add-on, live poll facility for webinar organiser, live transcription with the automated caption, virtual classroom, breakout room, emoji section, inbuilt integration with MS Teams, a concept of split zones, globally VoIP support.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Zoom meeting platform is the easiest platform to adopt anyone no matter person is technical or non-technical and all credit goes to a neat and clean user interface along with flawless navigation. You can start a quick meeting or audio/video conference call. Sharing the screen is too easy and recently they added the MS Team's screen share facility. The ability to record has been helpful and the new transcription feature is a nice addition and also connects well with smart TVs. Integration with Outlook and Google Calendar is really helpful and beneficial. Quick 1:1 chat or group chat and fast file transfer is also very good feature for me.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The zoom meeting platform is the most commonly used platform across all industries. This application works perfectly fine for me which fulfils all my meeting needs without any hiccup. But there are a few times I found intermittent disconnection especially when I am using VoIP calls. I wish Zoom should support all countries for VoIP calls because currently, a few middle east country VoIP calls are not supported. I wish an accidentally sent message can be deleted at another end as well, a similar approach as Whatsapp. The Zoom team can also think about another Whatsapp approach for acknowledgement such as a message being sent/read/delivered.

If anyone is looking for a simple and secure meeting platform then please go for the Zoom Video meeting tool. Zoom is mostly recognised for being used as an online collaboration application and is an integrated content delivery system instead of other technologies. It comes with HD video and audio, web conferencing, discussion capabilities, and a virtual switchboard for organisations. Zoom Rooms boosts the performance of our meeting without any cost and time because it is easy to use and which is highly customisable and scalable.
