What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
the ability to share the screen and be able to manage it remotely, as well as the ability to set call settings to your liking
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Possibility to correctly manage the resources of your device (RAM, bandwidth) Screen share control is awesome
What do you dislike most about this product?
The 40 mins cap for the free tier can be improved, limiting the users in other way. Some bug on the screen share function
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Try the free tier (limited to 40 minutes) to try the tool and some test calls. In this way you can also evaluate whether the required resources are sufficient for your device

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Zoom is Quite fast and works well even on average internet speed. Multiple people can join at the same time.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
1) Large Audience Support. 2) You can easily stream your meeting and webinars on Facebook. 3) Zoom is available for free to use. 4) It is easy to use for individuals, small lever businesses, medium level, and large level businesses.
What do you dislike most about this product?
1) Zoom still has lots of addons and subscriptions to buy even after purchasing the starter plan. 2) You are not able to delete comments.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
As Zoom is free and also available paid version. So, I would recommend the free version of zoom to individuals and the basic pack to small level businesses.
