What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

I really like that it has a ton of features that boost productivity when working remotely. I use it frequently for meetings because it's simple to use, and it has excellent security features and no time restrictions.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Regardless of whether a person has an iPhone or an android, Zoom has made it simpler for me to establish and maintain relationships in both my personal and business lives. I am more efficient in meetings and am able to remember more of the conversation's specifics. Zoom offers a variety of benefits, particularly at a time when working from home was necessary. The most important lesson I learned was how beneficial Zoom is for my ADHD.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The drawbacks include the requirement for a specific app, updates without call alerts, and occasionally occurring sound problems. Without first going to the three points and then the drop-down menu, there should be a quick way to mute the microphone and turn off the present camera.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

In my opinion, Zoom is one of the most comprehensive and the only tools that aims to replicate the experience of a live meeting while also resolving the typical headache associated with conducting and preparing one. Users can share their displays in addition to streaming video, making it a suitable platform for presentations and courses.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

What makes Zoom, so popular is it ease of use. I believe, anyone, even with minimal digital literacy, can easily learn Zoom. You probably won't be an expert right at the first session. However, by the third, it will grow on you. The more you use it, the more intuitive it becomes.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of Zoom is probably the screen share feature. I have been in multiple markets and UX research session, and all I can say is that, that feature comes very handy.

What do you dislike most about this product?

What I dislike the most will probably be that unless your internet speed is anywhere +15mbps for both upload and download, expect to experience some lagging. I know that they recommend +5mbps, but in my experience, I have less issue with fa aster speed.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Do test your internet speed before a session. If you are working from home, make sure that your internet provider is reliable and your download speed is not less than 50mbps for download and 20mbps for upload. Also, have an Ethernet cable available. You will probably have a better experience using it than Wi-Fi.
