What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Working from home during a pandemic? Zoom video is perfect for working with teams and coworkers. Instead of holding meetings face-to-face, Zoom allows users to do it virtually. To use it is to experience what it's like to work in a real office, thanks to its many convenient features.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
As the leader of the project, I am responsible for teaching other shop employees on the new procedures across India. To avoid spending 10 hours on transit, I held simultaneous Zoom video meetings with all of the store's employees instead. Because of the interactive nature of Zoom meeting, I feel like I'm teaching a virtual class as I walk through each step of the process with the audience.
What do you dislike most about this product?
How well a call holds up when there are 15 or more people on it. Group notes available to everyone, Filtering out ambient sounds.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Before Pandemic, Skype was the only real option for online meetings, but Zoom has quickly amassed a sizable user base by catering to user preferences. Meetings here feel like they're taking place in a professional conference room. PowerPoint presentation followed by a question and answer period and a positive audience reaction. Unlike with some other sites, you are not limited to a maximum of 15 users.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Wide and ease of adaptation for broad audience/end users. Ability to use free to paid versions (on multiple platforms; windows, linux, mac) allows customers and organizations to use Zoom ease of communication and interaction.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Ease of installation and use by both customers and organizations alike as was witnessed especially during covid peak.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The chat features needs more modernization.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Quick and efficient application to quickly connect for whatever the needs - personal to professionals.
