What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
The Zoom solution is my go-to for the last several years for webinars, or especially group calls. I like how easy it is to schedule meetings/calls, reschedule or cancel with clients as well as co-workers. It does integrate with my Outlook calendar as well as Google. The key factor here is how simple it is to work with and how a meeting can be controlled by allowing you to admit individuals in as well as remove any potential attendees if necessary. The sharing of documents as well as WhiteBoarding is a great asset to my organization.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The product works without any issues. What also is VERY important to me, is that Zoom is constantly doing updates to the package. Besides enhancements and apps that can be added on. Zoom takes the security side of the house very seriously.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I have no complaints about this platform, it does exactly what it is supposed to do.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would highly recommend this solution to any size company 1 person shop and an Enterprise organization this will serve your business needs from day to day. Easy of use, simple interface, meeting or calls can be scheduled on the fly. Zoom does not require a heavy amount of training to utilize the product correctly. A new user/employee can be up to speed in less than 10 minutes. They can be scheduling meetings/calls immediately.

Zoom recording is one of the best feature which has helped a lot of department for knowledge transfers.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It requires a very good bandwidth for smooth operaiton of the application.

Zoom is very easy to use and to integrate within IT Support and Business.
