What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

Amazing software that makes it simple to communicate with others and links more people in a group. Zoom is very easy to use, has a really friendly user interface, and just works. What do you dislike most about this product?

The mobile app has to be updated, and the font size should be increased so that it is easier to read and zoom in. Better features are needed for iOS devices because they can occasionally be slow and unresponsive.

Difficulty of use on first time users, even though they had used similar apps other times.

Make sure you are buying it for the big meetings and executive presentation how need more datailed on event views. Besides that, if your porpose is merely team/video chat plataform, its possible to find similar apps for half the price and with a little bit more clear and easy to use interface.

Zoom's ability to work even at unreliable internet speed and deliver call quality at an acceptable level.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The audio and video quality is far superior to that of the competition and this is discrenlaby noticeable when you are travelling and do not have access to reliable high speed broadband. It is also very lite in terms of resources it requires to operate.

What do you dislike most about this product?

While as a minimal product that does the job, Zoom excels but features such as live captioning, ability to form lounge etc would have been great.

Before making the decision do try out the product while on the move to actually appreciate how good the product is.
