Zoom is so widely accepted and easy to use. Makes scheduling a call so seamless.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect is that it was easy to implement and having our team use this product has been a breeze.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I dislike that we have to manually update the platform instead of it doing it for itself during non-usable hours at night.

I would recommend to just use it and teach your team all of its helpful features!

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

We've seen a little decline in presentation quality while conducting meetings with ten or more attendees. Reading little text on the slides might often be challenging because they have a tendency to become hazy. A simple interface, lots of features, file sharing capability, high-quality audio and video, and time, money, and effort savings are just a few of the ways it differs from its competitors. I enjoy how confidently our new employees can use it as well. We don't have to spend as much time traveling to meetings now. Meetings can now be held anywhere without wasting time, money, and effort.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I had no prior experience with such tools, but as I began to use them, I was surprised by how fast I grasped all of their features. I used Zoom when traveling, and I never experienced any problems with the audio or video quality. We can simply have customer meetings from anywhere without any hassles, which saves us a ton of time.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Like with all technology, it can occasionally be frustrating to understand all the changes following software upgrades. It occasionally opens as various pop-ups within the browser. The price of tools is also disappointing for us and also the team is not available on time.
