What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

Zoom makes a difference in terms of the high quality video and audio conferencing option, range of features it offers in the platform such as screen sharing, recording, virtual backgrounds, and remote connect to have a stronger collaboration.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The best thing about zoom is that while being a high quality audio-video conferencing platform, it also offers the option to remotely connect participant's desktop to help in case required, which is unique compared to similar offering.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Zoom has limited capability to customize breakout rooms and the layout of the call screen.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Overall Zoom is a very good and reliable platform to collaborate, share and engage for effective project discussion, brain storming ideas and so on. While being a tool for the people who work remotely, it tries to bring them close with the vast list of features it provides.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

Big differentiator is wide acceptability. Automatically sends out inbox meeting. It has far more business features than others.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Favorite aspect is the ability to cut noise from audio and video without a lag, it blurs the screen or makes a virtual background possible.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Dislike is free version has only 40mins of time and there is no auto attendance feature and neither cloud storage for recording.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is a must have product as it has very wide acceptability and it has some of the latest add on business features that help in a long meeting or presenting.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

Not much that I can think of - it does what it does like Teams and Google Meet - video conferencing.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I can't think of anything that I really love about Zoom to be honest. The webinar function is fairly useful for some specific occasions.

What do you dislike most about this product?

As I said earlier, there are some usability issues that need to be fixed: Chat history available even for people who joined late to the meeting (they currently can't see chat that was recorded before they joined); the ability to control the audience easily when you are using the webinar mode (currently if you want to change participants to speakers, you have to do it manually one by one, when you have like 10+ people who need to be changed to speakers, it's so hard to use); their dashboard is very confusing and overwhelming - there is not much thought that went into designing its information architecture

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would compare it to Microsoft Teams because as a previous user of Teams, I think the integration between Teams and other Microsoft products was actually neat. My company uses Microsoft Office and Zoom, and the integration between them isn't very good (you can integrate the two and add Zoom meetings to Outlook calendars, but Zoom itself doesn't have any calendar that shows what meetings have been scheduled).
