What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

There are many employees with little IT knowledge in our company, and we often guide them while sharing screens during help desk work, but a simple solution such as Zoom is more beneficial. If you specialize in web meetings, you may not need any other application. Because chat, mail, etc., become difficult to use.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We use it for conferences that allow us to show how to operate other applications. At that time, as a temporary measure, sending and receiving the Zoom link as a URL was helpful for screen sharing first. It rarely freezes the other person's screen. You can share the document camera, so you can also copy paper materials. When we did group work, we gathered about 20 people, divided them into groups of 5 to 6, and asked them to discuss and summarize their opinions.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It would be hard to find something I wouldn't say I like because it offers a quick, simple, easy response as a screen-sharing tool.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Instead of copying and distributing materials in meetings, they can be shared on individual PCs and tablets. They can be spread by attaching a link to the cloud. Zoom is used so frequently that even meetings in a conference room are used just for sharing. The videoconferencing system I initially used had frequent communication congestion and howling, but with Zoom, there are almost no such problems so I can conduct meetings comfortably.

Zoom is as widely known as other video conferencing services, but is more familiar to use.

The ease of connecting two or more parties via Zoom.

There isn't much to dislike.

Use it and keep using it.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

The quality of the software is good. The calls and videos have not lag and they work seamlessly You can also toggle views when on calls to see the total members who have joined a call.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The fact that you can toggle and see the number of people and participants on a call. Also the fact that the video and audio works seamlessly well.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The transfer of files from one person to another can have a little glitch at times. The format changes and the font also changes at times. The Hands up Feature to talk is never highlighted during calls. No one will look at it during a call. This is never noticed.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I do not have a count of who has not joined the call. I wish that was a feature which could have been added.
