What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Zoom is the leader in video conferencing softwear, and seems to be the most widely used product across other companies. Zoom is very easy to use and we rarely have problems.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Easy to use and has all the features we need to have successful calls.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Sending and updating dial-in numbers can be difficult.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Zoom is a great product, and competitively priced. This has all the features you need in a video conferencing software and is very easy to use.
