simple usage and go to software for any type of users any one can use even a child in school

lag sometimes and link expires people may find to generate link sometimes difficult but it can be solved after using sometimes

Makes large meetings feel manageable

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
It's really easy to run a 50-person meeting on zoom compared to other apps. the host controls are very fine grained and allow me to easily mute the whole group or even lock the meeting. it seems really stable even with 50 feeds. it's designed for the job.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like the ability to use the "spotlight" mode to keep the primary speaker on-this gives everyone a point of focus. breakout rooms is also important to divide folks up for discussion. the quality of the recordings is always good and manageable size. it's a great, very professional tool for corporate use.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It can be a bit cluttered with the chat, the participant list and the video all on the screen. you need a large screen.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It's the only tool i would use if i have a meeting in a big organisation, or need to host a large meeting. very stable and gives me full control.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Zoom Workplace stands out for combining reliability, ease of use, and comprehensive communication tools in one platform, making collaboration smoother and more consistent compared to other products. It is built for modern communication and collaboration for teams, and also with their clients
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It's extremely easy to use and the AI features are great. Also, I love the reminder notifications that are automated to help clients and or teammates connect to scheduled meetings on time, either in-app, via email or phone.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I do not dislike anything about the product, its a good product
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It's an awesome product, best advice is to use the free plan to start, and then request a free trial so you can test out all the features free for 15 days, and then if you see a strong fit for your team - then you can go ahead to implement.
