What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

it is always so challenging to get clients to log in to a meeting on other platforms with guest logins. zoom workplace is just better because clients can hop on the meeting with a browser alone they don't need to download anything if they don't want. it makes my agency look very sophisticated. also the stability when i have 50+ people in a call is way superior to what i have experienced with go-to-meeting.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

i also love the ability to have an ai-generated meeting action items email sent to me upon the call ending. it does a better job than me remembering items to do etc. when running a discussion. also this software is amazing with background noise reduction, it completely removes my mechanical keyboard keys from being heard on the call which can be annoying to my team during long brainstorms.

What do you dislike most about this product?

don't love how the chat sometimes is a bit slow to load when i switch devices from phone to desktop.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

this is the best product if you are a service type business and have client meetings.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

i've been using teams for over a year and always hated the way it was confusing in the different tabs. recently, zoom workplace changed their navigation to be on the left side, which is really nice to use. i can quickly switch between my phone calls and team chats, and upcoming meetings. it makes my life so much easier. it feels like a product built by people who use it all day.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

being able to see the speaker and the presentation in a multiview during webinars is really novel and something i haven't seen before. it also integrates perfectly with google calendar, the meeting will appear instantly and i can join from the desktop notification with a click. it's incredibly clean.

What do you dislike most about this product?

the virtual background tool is a bit risk my ears get cut off on calls sometimes if i don't have good lighting.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

if you want a nice-looking, uncluttered interface and don't have time to waste looking through menus, this is your technology.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

the reason i like zoom workplace better than slack or others is the native whiteboard. not just a simple drawing tool, it is an open space where we can sketch out projects and it remains open even when the call is over. the fact that it is a native component of the communication hub makes it much easier to transition between talking and doing than going to a third-party tool.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

the video filters and the background blur remain the most professional looking in the industry and i also like the touch up my appearance slider when you need to take an early morning call. the screen sharing is so smooth and the slider to have many people annotate at the same time makes it possible to collaboratively edit.

What do you dislike most about this product?

the pricing levels are somewhat confusing on the smaller teams. it seems that some of the most beneficial security features are not available until going up to the more expensive Enterprise plans which is a bit of a shame.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

this is the best option of creative teams who require to visualize their ideas. the whiteboard and the ability to share screens is simply unparalleled at the moment.
