What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
The user community is large. Since there are many people who are extensively familiar with the platform. Hence, there is little or no learning curve for the audience. We use it for multiple use cases like support, demo, announcements, etc.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It is easy to use. Earlier it used to open multiple windows for each request, with the new update, that has been fixed. The video cam touch up is a nice feature, background filters are really convenient.
What do you dislike most about this product?
We can use it mostly for communicating with external stakeholders. It won't be feasible for internal communication since there are multiple restrictions as to the groups you can make.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I think it would be nice to mark some meetings as favourites to get into it as fast as possible.

Great app to communicate on work

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
I have used a number of other meeting programs, but Zoom is by far my favorite. It is easy to use and I like the look of it which is best a clean and modern look.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It is a amazing product which is so easy to use. When you create a new meeting it automatically opens an email with the time and information.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There has been instances where Zoom freezes which creates problems and discontinuity in work.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Zoom is a well established platform and can be used for conducting induction sessions using breakout rooms, Large number of participants can be accommodated and user can even access the remote control of others screen.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
The number of participants limit it offers compared to other similar products.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It features recording capability where it is able to record high-quality recordings in MP4 and MP4A formats. It has a cross compatibility ability whereby on any device or operating system the experience and the interface is the same.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It can be heavy on the processor during video communications so it requires powerful device.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The contact support has been very helpful and knowledgeable of any issue I faced on my first time so I would recommend anyone to try this product there won't be any issue to be faced that can't be be resolved.
