What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

It is very easy to set up a Zoom meeting via the website. I like the tools it has to offer, such as the moderator being able to automatically mute people. I like that the moderator has the option of needing to allow people into the meeting. I really like the screen share option. It has made PTO and Board of Education meetings much easier to attend. You can be at home getting what needs done there and still be in the meeting. I also like the virtual background option.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I can easily organize and schedule meetings and invite participants with link with Zoom. - I have used many online meeting tools and Zoom is by far the best software in terms of features, usability, and, interface. - The screen sharing features works like a charm and does not stutter or lags during meetings unlike other alternatives.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I really cannot think of cons - other than when another person in the meeting uploads a background. Sometimes the backgrounds can be very distracting so in meetings I am a part of, I usually ask those joining me to not use a background. Other than that, Zoom is great.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Zoom is a must for the new online international meeting. Zoom should send a how to use video when you receive a meeting notice. I like that zoom has numbers you can call if for some reason your mic does not work. This has to be explained better for virgin users.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

I have used zoom for more than 6 years now and it has enabled me to have a very efficient communication. It allows us to schedule meetings online and share screens. It has a very nice video and audio quality which makes it an exceptional product for conferencing.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like Zoom because it has made it simple to engage with customers around the Globe. Again, Zoom has helped us to share files, photos and images. It has a responsive design that makes it easy to use. I like availability of customer support team.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Until today, i haven't encountered any challenge while using Zoom. I like everything about it.

Yes i recommend Zoom to all prospective customers looking for a great platform for communication.

Zoom is a wonderful excellent platform for modern work and I'm grateful for the benefits it offers us especially when developing our meetings. It allows you to send instant messages, share files and schedule meetings online with ease and you can easily Join the meetings from anywhere anytime

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Overall, Zoom is a must have software since it enables us to easily connect and communicate with people regardless of where they are. It just requires general knowledge to learn and get started with it. I like the HD video quality which enables you to make video and audio calls and schedule meetings online.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I disagree with nothing since zoom is a robust software for communications. Nothing to mention as a complain.
