What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

Zoom has many more unique features which attract customers too much. First of all, smart meeting control through shortcuts. Especially the hiding meeting control, temporary mute/unmute calls on long-press of the space bar are really amazing controls and this feature is available in both Windows and Mac platforms. The live transcript is also a very unique feature I believe and also very useful as well. This platform saves chat message content over any meeting session just post-completion session, the same way this platform saves a recording of audio/video files automatically if the recording session is selected locally rather than on the cloud

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Zoom meeting platform is user-friendly which make it easy to use just in one click. This platform fulfils all my needs in one complete package. Schedule meeting, Join a meeting, instantly start a new meeting followed by an invite anyone, record meeting on the cloud as well on locally, one to one chat, chats under the channel, call feature through VOIP, file sharing through personal chat or on the channel, use of emoticons on chat message also great features, etc. Switch meeting from desktop to mobile is a really great and unique feature from Zoom meeting. As a new feature from "Zoom meeting", we can have multiple meetings instances at once.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Rather than dislike, I would say a few improvements which will add greater value to this product. Due to any reason if the meeting call is disconnected then there is no way to join back without opening the meeting invitation(Calendar section) of any email client. Also, at some point, the audio is distorted. Sometimes I feel intermittent disconnection during calls over the mobile application, especially when I am using another application and the Zoom application is running in the background. Zoom can work on some type of notification for hosts to remind them when there is unwanted background noise comes, so tell them how to mute all.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Zoom is excellent for audio and video conferencing tools, especially during this pandemic this platform become our lifeline. Now, it has become a daily feature of our organisation, and we connect with our branch offices with the help of Zoom Video Conferences. Zoom is usable on mobiles and other portable devices such as tablets, making it easier and quicker to message or meet virtually during any emergency.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

It is a tool that allows us in a better way to interact with several people at the same time in a meeting, in which you cannot be personally present, this tool is very essential in small teams, through and large you can keep in touch with the other people with as little interruption as possible while doing other work

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I really like this tool because it is very effective and useful to be in communication in any meeting with coworkers and clients without having to leave the office or anywhere else they are, thus having a better visualization with each of the people sharing screens and thus listen and see your opinions all at the same time in the best comfort

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing displeases me because this tool is very good

I recommend it because it is very easy to use and it is the most comfortable way for any type of meeting with people as well as for clients of any company.

Zoom is famous for video conferencing, During Covid zoom cover market in an board level. Smooth video conferencing makes zoom unique in market.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Favorite aspect for Zoom, I would like to say zoom is quite product for video conferencing. I like few more feature which i am explaining below. - Audio /Video call with instant messaging feature makes thing easier for user. - if anyone wants to explain anything over call , he/she can use screen sharing feature for explaining things in an very clear manner. - for joining zoom call we can one unique feature that is joining call from joining code in zoom, means if we have meeting Id, we need to only enter meet id and we navigated zoom call.

What do you dislike most about this product?

If we want to say about dislike then we have one point which I happens with me many times. - When network is fluctuation or slow , automatically I got left from call. one day its happened around 4-5 times.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I have some recommendation for improvement. - if slow network or fluctuation , call should be drop immediately. - Joining meeting through meeting Id some time took too much time to enter in meeting. so this should be immediate entry on entering meeting code.
