What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
It has been a very easy tool to use, it has provided us with the best features for creating video conferences without any problem, managing all the important documents, the content we share, the remote meetings and the entire workflow constantly.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It is not a simple communication tool, Zoom allows us to create collaborations with excellent HD audio and video, create webinars easily, gives us the best business phone system that can be used through the cloud and thanks to its wide range of functions we can create virtual events.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It has been the best platform that our organization has used for years, its user interface is very fun and dynamic, we can connect not only through online meetings but also through a chat, which helps us optimize business communications.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I recommend it for all organizations looking for a tool that can be used for any industry, be it education, finance, in the area of Health and Government, it allows you to create rooms and work space for the creation of meetings and conferences without interruptions or problems.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
With Zoom, we can stay out of our comfort zone and expand our customer base, offering better services and covering more fields than we used to. Everything is simplified and well organized, we can provide more productive and professional services to our clients in videoconferencing.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love using tons of views to prioritize my assignments. I can use public and private notes to have conversations without confusing the end-user. I would rate the software agent interface as the cleanest on the market. I find it helpful to be able to set up filters to assign specific tickets to specific agents automatically.
What do you dislike most about this product?
My only complaint is that the emails generated by Zoom have unnecessary formatting and long subject lines. This confuses applicants at times.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I recommend Zoom because it gives us the flexibility to respond to all customer concerns quickly and in real-time, regardless of the number of customers on the line. It makes us responsive and helps us find ways to provide immediate solutions. It offers a full bot chat that collects and records customer data, a real-time saver when those customers come back for other help. Responding just got easier.
