Fantastic product with forward-thinking features

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Zoom has been intentional in developing features that are conducive to so many operations. Also, the product is much more user-friendly than other products.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The functionalities including sharing the screen and allowing the host to manage all functionalities prior to meetings have been very beneficial.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Fortunately, Zoom has made some trailblazing updates and there is nothing that I dislike about this product.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you are interfacing with a multitude of clients and plan to have workshops, training, presentations, etc. zoom will provide you will all the functionalities needed for these digital interfaces to be successful.

For key meetings Zoom is a reliable winner.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
It does seem to use less of our computer and phone “resources” because it does run pretty quickly. Also, for us, the chat room feature is a huge plus. We use it with about half a dozen Clients.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The speed with which it runs—across all of our devices.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The fact that people have to download software to use it. And it’s not always that easy or intuitive to change settings or manage controls when you’re actually live in a meeting.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Even though we have some reservations about it there isn’t a really better product that we’ve found. It works. And when it comes to me with clients and meeting with prospects the most important thing is that it works—you don’t want a video conference or critical meeting to glitch or stall—and this works consistently and avoids those pitfalls.

it's simple, other platforms are super complex, partly because zoom was already very advanced before the pandemic
