What is your favorite aspect of this product?
One of the most impressive aspects of Zoom is its ease of use combined with scalability. It manages to offer a user-friendly interface that allows even non-technical users to jump into meetings effortlessly, while also providing advanced features like breakout rooms, webinars, and integrations for larger, more complex business needs. What do you dislike most about this product?
One of the main drawbacks of Zoom is the time limit on free group meetings, which is restricted to 40 minutes. While Zoom offers a robust free plan, this limitation can be frustrating for users who rely on longer meetings but don't want to pay for premium plans. Additionally, while Zoom has improved its security and privacy features, early concerns about "Zoom bombing" and other vulnerabilities have left some users cautious, despite the enhancements made since then.

Easy to use. And very user friendly. I like its user interface.

I like it’s user interface and position for icons when I share screen.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Sometimes you have to update it right before the meeting.

Use it on mobile app and desktop together. It syncs easily.
