What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Ease of use and user interface. Apart from that, the quality of calls.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I Love the user interface and the hd quality conferencing. Whiteboard works pretty well.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Pricing is higher as compared to similar tools. Free version has time limitations.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would recommend to try this product once if someone is using some other tool and see the difference.

It's a great tool as a webinars solution and also for web meetings making it superior.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It's one tool that's straightforward to use. Integration is effortless. Quality is check and comes with easy controls.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Zoom has it all. No issues whatsoever.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Whether you need Zoom for educational purposes, online meetings or team communication, it has all features. I recommend it

Zoom let's you zoom without being physical present

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Some of its features are very unique and I haven't seen them in other similar tools available like MS teams and Google meet etc.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Breakout rooms, annotateting to help direct others while screen sharing, hide the panel while screen sharing, consumes very less internet.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It doesn't support communication over chat or text messages unless you are in a meeting mode. Plus it's a costly to implement for small to medium enterprises.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
High end video sharing and conferencing tool with state of the art functionality and features.
