Zoom seems lightweight in usage as compared to other video and audio conferencing products such as teams and webex.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Screensharing and whiteboard, along with a crystal view of participants and their audio/video status seems very intuitive to understand

What do you dislike most about this product?

The controls in the control panel or bar, vary as per how the meeting is scheduled, so due to this frequently habituated user lose a track of buttons and controls.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Showing up all ideal controls would help a user understand and have a better understanding of the navigation, where the disabled parts of controls may be grayed out or simply disabled. That way a user would always have a same consistent view of buttons and controls

Well zoom has wide range to features which other competitors fails to provide like breakout rooms, screen share with remote control and unique background filters.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite feature of zoom is that it has breakout room which assists in doing HR training sessions user friendly interface and astonishing video, and audio quality in conference calls.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It lags occasionally when the number of participants is large and sometimes even app crashes.

I highly recommend this video conferencing tool to everyone.

My favorite aspect of Zoom is its user-friendly interface and ease of use. Because of the very intuitive and convenient interface, it's easy to use for even the less tech-savvy. Setting up and joining a meeting is a breeze, and the clear layout makes it easy to find the features you need during a call.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Where I found Zoom to be imperfect was the occasional technical glitch or connectivity issue. While Zoom is usually reliable, there were times when participants experienced audio or video delays or had difficulty joining the meeting. These occasional occurrences can be troubling for ongoing users, and overall Zoom meets most people's requirements.

I think it's a good idea to research user reviews and ratings to gain insight into other people's experiences with Zoom. If your organization plans to expand in the future, choose a Zoom plan with scalability. Consult with an IT professional or a Zoom official who can provide advice tailored to your specific situation.
