What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Zoom has very prolific features like screen sharing which has enhanced collaboration within our teammates. Its more cost effective hence can fit to any enterprises budget. High quality video and audio quality, which creates a very decent online meetings/conference. Highly trained customer support to enhance transparency and smooth customers environment.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favourite aspect is the reliable connectivity and conference quality. The user experience is very stable maintains data centres across the world using cloud computing services from Amazon w3b services, Oracle cloud and Microsoft Azure. I like the user friendly and uncomplicated interface, there is no need of creating account to participate in a meeting all needed is just download the app in your preferred device.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Just like other platforms you cannot enjoy the benefits of using Zoom without being connected to data/Internet connection. Nevertheless everything else is prolific.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I highly recommend Zoom to potential customers for its cost effective and easy to use,the Interface is uncomplicated and creates intuitive user experience.
