If you want free VOIP, it's better than skype.

Nothing really, it provides more or less the same features provided by other products.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
it has a slightly better user interface than other products.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It had a huge scandal related to leaking user data.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would say go for the free version only, the paid version is not worth it and there are better products for the same money.
