What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Specifically, Zoom in the support area has the option to ask frequently asked questions and a forum, however BlueJeans does not have this feature
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Zoom is available for free right out of the box. It is simple software that can be used for a variety of purposes. You can create and schedule meetings using any calendar. Zoom will automatically integrate with your calendar to create events and meeting notifications. that you are hosting or have been invited to. That you may have video meetings or only audio meetings
What do you dislike most about this product?
The capacity for live broadcasts is limited and for this reason it cannot be used as a live broadcast software in conjunction with solutions for seminars and web meetings.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Have a good internet connection to avoid disconnecting the video call and in this same way perfectly enjoy all its services

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
We use Zoom specifically when interacting with enterprise clients, or clients who think Google Hangouts isn't as secure or reliable as required . Zoom has been more reliable than Google Hangouts in many instances. Less confusion on which link to pick , and generally less lag and better quality audio in my opinion.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Very easy to follow directions if you've got clientele who aren't wont to operating digital conference software Great audio and video - especially when hosting numerous different people on different computers in several places Fairly easy rescheduling and scheduling interface
What do you dislike most about this product?
I'm not exactly sure what the advantage of "dial by your location" is Screensharing might be improved
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Zoom is great if you've got a corporation of 5 or more people and have frequent video calls where people aren't within the same room. Zoom is perhaps less suited if you are a freelancer or alittle team that works together often.
