What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Zoom is a simple application to use allows meetings to be held at any time and place is useful for remote work, the screen sharing function is one of the most effective functions allows communications while sharing screens.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like Zoom to record the sessions of the meetings, with options for a limited number of participants in a session, it also allows updates for more than 300 people, it is very nice to change the background and with facilities to raise the hand of the audience, where Anyone can raise their hand and the speaker knows that someone has some doubts and questions.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Zoom is not working properly with a low internet connection.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I recommend Zoom for live streams on Facebook, YouTube, and custom RTMP.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
The difference between Zoom and other video conference products lies in its excellent features as well as its completely free version, making it an excellent product for any company to use for its conferences.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
More than anything Zoom's free version, which allows us to conduct conferences effectively while also allowing us to stay in touch and on top of our customers, is a turnoff for me.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Because its user interface is among the best, we have found no flaws since we began using it, and this also allows us to share files in real time during meetings.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The fact that it was difficult to carry out internal communications with our team when we were affected by the covid-19 means that we have dedicated ourselves to using a product that aids us in reestablishing and continuing to work safely, allowing us to confidently recommend it.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Large gatherings of up to 100 persons are not an issue. Zoom makes scheduling appointments simple and quick. At a glance, you can see if a coworker is zooming in or has an appointment. The main application is as a webinar tool. With numerous hosts, good performance and handling is possible; external hosts can also be nicely integrated. The system's key advantages are performance and availability. Possibility of using registration or tracking systems independently. Zoom is simple to use on both personal and business computers and end devices.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Customer meetings as well as huge company meetings can be held without difficulty. All personnel are at the head office because of the epidemic. Because you can readily communicate with your colleagues, Zoom makes day-to-day work much easier. This is a globally applicable concept. Both traditional videoconferencing and digital training approaches are possible. The main advantage is that digital trainings may be extremely clearly mapped and quickly supplemented with group work. It can be accessed via a browser or a downloaded application. Simple, simple, simple. There are two ways to get to it: a web browser or a downloadable app.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It would be useful to be able to categorize contacts. Because Microsoft has its own video conferencing software, establishing a link between the e-mail application and Zoom is obviously not viable. Automatically logging into Zoom after turning on the computer might be handy on sometimes, as you could forget to do so manually. The price-performance ratio decreases with increased license demand or greater features. With US-based solutions, data protection isn't always straightforward to reconcile.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I frequently face clients who are unable to follow me on the phone during performance discussions about KPIs because I work in internet marketing account management. I can solve this problem by zooming in and sharing my screen. As a result, I take my clients' hands in mine and show them how to use my browser to display real-time performance indications on their screens using my browser. This idea can be used wherever in the world. It's possible to use both traditional videoconferencing and digital training methods.
