Zoom is the most powerful and reliable of all time online communications platform that is very easy to use and has 24/7 customers support. It has a very high reliable connectivity and conference quality- user experience is very stable maintains data centres across the world using cloud computing services. Has a very user friendly and uncomplicated interface- for the first users there is no need of creating account to participate in a meeting all is needed is the app on their preferred device and they are done.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favourite is the video and audio quality that is very clear. The screen sharing allows us as a team even remotely to collaborate and have a group discussion on certain projects of the company. Zoom has delivered quality and cost effective communication skills to our beloved customers across the country or globally by maintaining a good customer relationship.

What do you dislike most about this product?

So far so good,everything about Zoom is just wonderful and works according to our expectations.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I highly recommend Zoom because its more easy to use,unless other software are not user friendly, Its cost effective the subscription plans are easy to budget.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

The feature that I consider that stands out the most about zoom is that you can connect with many people from all over the world by just sending them a link address, and they can do it from their phones, tablets or computers. It seems to me an ingenious idea that can make the illusion of being in front of people by organizing them in the inverted screen function, this is ideal for work meetings or to teach courses to train the personnel in charge. And the best thing is that you can save those meetings and it doesn't have to be on your device since it has a drive storage.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like that as a meeting administrator you have many group control commands, you can choose who will be your co-hosts within the same video call, in the same way you have the possibility of enabling or disabling the chat whenever you see fit, the same happens with the opening microphones, you can turn them all off from the start to avoid interference. I also like the group divisions in smaller chat rooms, that is ideal for making group decisions and then creating environments for collective discussion on different points of view.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Unfortunately the functions it offers from the computer are much better than those of the telephones. I hope that over time these functions can be expanded on the phones since many of the users usually use both versions and more today than with this situation many workers have had to migrate from telework because they cannot attend their jobs.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I really like working with Zoom, I consider that it offers everything for meetings of all kinds, which is why I openly recommend its use. It is a very complete tool that allows you to take true control of all the technical aspects of a meeting of this type, you can listen to audios, music, share screen, watch videos, create rooms, interact by chat while the meeting progresses. The truth is that it offers an experience when planning meetings by video calls.
