What is your favorite aspect of this product?

During this period of Covid-19 pandemic,Zoom has been very reliable tool since it allows me to join online meeting session and training with my teams and also working from home. I like the ease to communicate with my teams and colleagues through HD video and high quality audio calls with Zoom. Zoom allows me to collaborate with my teams through files sharing and instant messaging. Another great aspect of Zoom that I have found to be helpful is the ability to share my screen with others.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Meeting breakups is the only negative experience I have encountered with Zoom and this is due to unstable internet connectivity.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It's one of the leading tool for online meetings and video conferencing and everybody should give it a try.

When people think of video calls, they think of Zoom — and there's a reason for that. While video calls on other platforms can be fair, Zoom calls have been very smooth for our team. It's professional and personal at the same time and they offer great support for businesses.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Video calls with vendors work perfectly. Being able to send invite links to a platform people are familiar with is great for our team. It's enjoyable to use and video quality is always solid for us.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I think the UI could be more innovative design-wise, but I also enjoy the simplicity of the platform. However, this is merely personal preference. Overall, the platform still looks great and does exactly what it needs to do.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you need a platform that handles video conferencing with ease, consider Zoom. It does exactly what it advertises and we've never had any issues connecting with external vendors or scheduling business meetings. Perfect for any remote team.

Zoom took over all the Audio and Video conferencing with its breadth of features provided. Zoom also is cost-effective and never saw downtime.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ease of using it to schedule calls is one of the best features. Zoom has removed unnecessary steps in creating or scheduling a meeting. We can start meeting with a single click. Driving mode is another amazing feature that helps anyone who needs to attend a call while on a commute.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I haven't found any issue with Zoom till now. Rarely it stops loading in my system. Once I clear the cache it works normally.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

For anyone who is looking for a cost-effective solution for day-to-day meetings with minimal or no downtime at all, I would suggest going with Zoom. It has a lot of features and is easy to schedule or manage meetings.
