What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

Popularity and meeting security. As far as I am concerned, I find Zoom to be the most popular video meeting software out there, especially amongst professionals and this thus makes it easier for me to initiate meetings with most persons within my professional network, without first asking them if they have got a Zoom account. On the other hand, Zoom also provides me with a cross -section of features to ensure that my meetings are secured. Some of these security feature include call encryption, passcode protection for meetings, and role-based security as well.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ability to access Zoom from the comfort of my mobile phone, is my favorite aspect of Zoom.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I dislike the fact that Zoom does not currently fully support one-join functionality, which will allow anyone with a meeting link and passcode to join meetings without first downloading the Zoom software on computer.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Zoom works well across all devices and thus it is a tool I will recommend, for all video meeting engagements.

Zoom is easily accessible even from a mobile device and this allows all users a chance to adapt the platform and grow how they use the platform.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Zoom is stable to use and helps all users execute web conferencing thus enable us work remotely and improve our communication. The platform is affordable not that costly and allows seamless deployment of the platform without breaking your bank. The platform comes in many versions including even the free one and it allows all users to participate in web conferencing thus grow how they work.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes poor internet connections impede on the accurate usage of the platform disrupting web conferencing features of the platform.

Zoom is reliable and it will help in improving communication and ensuring that you are able to execute web conferencing thus work smoothly all round.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

Zoom is virtuous allowing the meeting organizer to create smaller meeting rooms and enable much needed security settings such as a waiting room.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like Zoom works properly on all devices efficiently, be it PC, Mac, mobile or tablet, it allows options such as: such as screen sharing, file sharing, live chat, whiteboard, among others, it also makes it easier for the host to manage the meeting according to your choice, providing many control options.

What do you dislike most about this product?

With Zoom, if you do not purchase a premium account, you will not be able to schedule a meeting of more than 40 minutes.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend Zoom to integrate third-party teleconferencing service, to create a personal meeting ID, URL name, and share with participants to schedule meetings.
