What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

I would say that Zoom has been more reliable for me than it's competitors. There is no lag when I am using the screenshare function (which is true of their competitors). Overall, it does what you need it to do and is very intuitive.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like how easy it is to screenshare your desktop/program/window and how easy and intuitive it is for participants/customers to use (especially those who haven't used something like zoom before)

What do you dislike most about this product?

I dislike the sound quality at times - if you are playing music in the background zoom picks up only bits and pieces of it which makes it choppy for the listener

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would definitely recommend exploring zoom, there is a free version which most of your customers can use to connect with you and its very intuitive as well. If you are looking to play audio during your calls then I would recommend doing some extra research into how you can connect music to your zoom and if that suits your needs - before making the purchase.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

What makes a big difference in zoom compared to other products is that I can organize meetings for immediate or later use, depending on the urgency and need. Zoom allows me to schedule my appointments at my convenience, with ideal settings available to set permissions for participants. So we can feel that this product is very different from others that we have tried. Also how convenient it is since you can have it on your tablet or smartphone that makes it easier to connect to any scheduled meeting

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

What we like the most about this product is that you can have individual meetings, which are free and of unlimited duration, or group meetings in which you can have 100 participants and up to 40 minutes. What makes this product ideal for us.

What do you dislike most about this product?

For us, the use of zoom has been very excellent and although it is a very agile solution, it has shortcomings that if solved it would be the best application, but also this product has been very good in our organization.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I can recommend this product as it is very versatile, scalable and easily accessible since it is free. Its only drawback is the lack of a dark mode theme in the desktop app, which the web browser.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

Zoom was one of the first video call software that I used. I loved being able to hop on a call with multiple different people and have rooms full of large groups, which you can't find everywhere. In fact, it allows up to 1,000 people whereas Google Meet tops out at 250

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love the ability to create large meetings. I've done group workouts, courses, and more through Zoom in the past year

What do you dislike most about this product?

I don't love the 40-minute limit given. Many of the meetings I'm a part of take much longer than that

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

As much as I love Zoom, I would recommend Google Meet over it
