What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Most professionals are generally familiar with Zoom. This often means that I can initiate spontaneous video meetings with external collaborators, using Zoom without often being worried about whether they have experience using Zoom, or even needing to teach them to use Zoom.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like that Zoom integrates with my personal Calendar and appointment scheduling tools I use at work, such as Calendly. This ensures that there is a smooth connection between my day to day scheduled appointments and Zoom. Thereby, making it easy to turn most of my physical appointments into a Zoom call.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Zoom lacks a one-join feature, which would allow non-Zoom users to join Zoom meetings they are invited for, without first downloading the Zoom application.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
When it comes to enterprise level video meeting software, very few tools come close to Zoom in terms of quality.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
The ablity to use a green screen with the platform is different from all others I have used.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It is super reliable!
What do you dislike most about this product?
The UX is pretty basic with no new updates in a while as far as I can tell.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This is the most reliable video conferencing platform I have come across. It is hard to beat the OG!

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Zoom offers a very easy to use service. It has all the basic feature you need to get started with video conferencing.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like that the free version allows for 30-40 minute windows. I also like the private chat feature as well as the screen share. It's all very useful and helpful.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I dislike that so many people use it so when you're trying to stand out as a small business, using Zoom can almost sound old or basic. I've been using Google Meetings or newer softwares to make myself stand out and showcase that I'm a little better than the normal/basic options.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would say 100% use this to get yourself going. See what you like and what you don't like then decide if you want the Pro version or something different. Everyone uses Zoom as a basic video comm platform so I feel like it's vital that we all use and understand it to stay with the trends.
