What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Its exceptional audio and video quality. we can record meetings and transfer them to other storage.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
That we can share the screen while meeting. So my instructor can help me with my coding errors etc.

It should have a feature of call recording. Otherwise its amazing

Zoom is a nice option for those people that know the basics of surfing on the web and using basic programs. It doesn't require a high level of understanding or being in IT software; the design is simple and easy to use, which makes it very friendly for new users. One pleasant option is that you can join meetings without creating a Zoom account. It is having so many great features. there can be more than 200+ members in a call in real-time. The host can share the screen for training and presentations. You can easily take interviews and take classes while at home with the help of Zoom.

Good for large meetings, not for collaborating

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Zoom is plug-and-play. It is outside hosted, requires no IT setup or integration, and is a simple to use meeting platform. It lacks the bells and whistles that accompany more collaborative software (Adobe) but is simple and straightforward to use.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Simplicity...mostly. Zoom is easy to use and simple to understand.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Meetings are easy to schedule and simple to start, as long as the "host" is ready and starts the meeting on time. If the "host" is late someone else has to send a new meeting. There are also very few collaborative functions built into the Pro or Free versions, break-out rooms, and basic whiteboarding as all you get.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you are looking to record and host a large meeting frequently, with no need to engage (just proctoring) then this is a simple, straightforward solution. If you plan to use it to train or push large team collaboration, there are better options on the market for a similar price tag.
