Easy to implement but security is still shaky

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Easy to install, can be run without installation even, small footprint, fast and dependable up to a point. Most important feature is the ability to save your meeting locally.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Has a lot of features, filters, and controls that are easy. Launches with ease does not require a high-speed connection and allows to save meeting videos locally without the need to upload to a server then download, thus losing time and connection debit.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Security has been the major issue with ZOOM. I honestly use it for external meetings with people not on our secure servers, after going through the firewalls and security software to protect my data. When expecting delicate info or data, I usually use our official meetings software and supply temp accounts to our visitors to keep everything as secure as possible.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
ZOOM is a likable small app that will give you what you need: fast manageable meetings for free but security, should you use it for sensitive meetings, might be an issue so beware.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Zoom is a pretty effective tool that can be used instantly because it saves time and money that would be spent traveling, but it also gives the same good results as a physical connection. In addition, Zoom was used for screen filming.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
What we love most about this product is that you can get up to 100 people in a meeting, share your screen, alternative chat, use a video clip or just your image, mute the microphone so there is no background sound, and there are classes. free time.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Since we are using this product ourselves, we did not find any glitches because it has a great feature and one of the best features of this application is that it is available with both free and paid subscriptions.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
We ourselves can recommend this product because it has monumental properties that make meetings more realizable, because it has gigantic audio and video quality, as well as screen sharing, conference recordings and much more.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
The Transcribing Feature to other Language is quite fantastic. It Provides you ability to cover wide range of people with different diverse and culture.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
This product is fantastic. Setting other admins to manage the product is fantastic.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The zoom webinar is kind of difficult to implement co-hosting at first but was able to understand and deploy to full function.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Take time to test well before deploying. There are other features that can be used aside transcribing which i did not explore.
