Zoom -easy for everyone to use

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
I've used lots of different video conference platforms. Zoom consistently is easy for both the presenter and the participants. Easy on both ends.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like that I can use zoom and stream to other platforms at the same time while also recording to create a local asset. Plus, it is just so easy for everyone to use.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The recording quality is not always consistent or in a high resolution even when using all of the same equipment and having adequate bandwidth. There can be lag with screen sharing if trying to access an online site vs screen sharing a document.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Zoom is easy to use for everyone and virtually everyone knows how to use it. If you need a stable video conference platform it is a good choice.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Zoom is the most reliable and cost effective tool in online communication.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It is easy to deploy this platform in any mobile and desktop deviced. It can be accessed from anywhere and video commication takes place effectively.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I have not disliked anything from the Zoom features.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Online communication can be effectively managed by Zoom. It makes messaging easy and the cost of management is low.

Functional product, not terribly innovative

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Practically speaking Zoom does not have enough unique features to set it apart from competitors. It has become somewhat of the standard (we usually come across other business partners who also use Zoom so "Zooming" has become ubiquitous with teleconferencing.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
We love the fact that if we need easy-to-use features - even those not familiar with it can onboard quickly.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The Zoom product itself is somewhat stagnant. It is easy to see that within innovating another product may come along that offers even greater functionality and "bells and whistles."
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is a worthwhile product. You will be familiar with the settings and format and getting stakeholders to use the product should be easy. It works.
