What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Zoom is a tool that allowed us to improve our own communication with our own consumers and at the same time it allowed us to communicate better with our own workgroups, resulting in it being gigantic in quality.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
What we love most about Zoom meetings is that it has some tremendous benefits that allow us to connect with a large group of people in the same conference. It is also possible to film the meetings to enjoy the conversations again. It allows you to plan
What do you dislike most about this product?
As with any product that is used continuously, it is easy to discover disadvantages that products and Zoom have, and one of the disadvantages that we could find is that the recordings stored on the Zoom servers do not remain protected.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
For anyone who wants a tool to work remotely and hold meetings with their clients, Zoom is the best alternative they have.

Great to use for conference purposes, Town halls, as well as incident management process bridge calls.
What do you dislike most about this product?
not reliable while low internet connectivity.

Count amount of users, make sure you can use the shared account for specific teams, to reduce the budget.
