We are contended with the vendors provisions and therefore nothing to dislike about. Zoom

Good videoconferencing tool for external meetings

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Zoom is easy to use and meetings can be joined by external attendees without having to install Zoom (which does not seem to be the case with applications such as Skype for Business).
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Zoom meetings have become a synonym for virtual meetings just like how we started calling photocopies "Xerox" - thanks to its easy-to-use interface that connects with any device's speakers, microphone and camera.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Sometimes Zoom's camera does not recognize our face and flashes the virtual background in front, until we re-position our face under brigther light to move the background behind our face. Also, unlike Microsoft Teams, Zoom does not notify us if someone has started the meeting before we join.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Zoom has been a great videoconferencing tool during the pandemic by replacing in-person conferences. However, if your organization already uses Microsoft Teams, then Zoom adds little value.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
The pricing plans are flexible and Zoom provides add-ons at nominal costs
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Zoom provides polls and QnA's for gathering feedback/answers from the participants..
What do you dislike most about this product?
Screen sharing sometimes causes the issues .
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Great software to have for interactive sessions.
