Affordable and Great product!

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Cost: Zoom offers free package and is generally less costly.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Zoom has done its best in making sure that even small companies can use their services at an affordable price. They have catered for big and small companies and their features are simple to use.
What do you dislike most about this product?
If there is any kind of training offered by zoom it is not advertised well because I don't know about it and I use zoom at least 3 times a week. If there isn't, there should be so that I can learn to use zoom to it's fullest.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Get to know the different teams working behind the scene, e.g. IT team, sales team, and ask questions about how to utilize the software to get the best out of it. For instance, if I had not contacted support I would have not known that I can record my live video meetings. The software is also user-friendly so it won't take long to learn how to use it. Even if you have a small business, zoom can cater to you and have a lower budget.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Clear voice and customer support.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Zoom has bunches of things which are actually quite supportive, particularly during when we need to telecommute. Zoom makes them flabbergast virtual foundations highlight which I saw as extremely helpful. To be perfectly honest talking, this element is one of the most helpful highlights of this product and due to this cool element I can go to my any proper gathering from anyplace.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I think generally messes with, sound quitters, and availability issues are the main issues that I've experienced in the software. Here and there Zoom runs gradually contrasted with other video conferencing applications where the video and sound become postponed or perhaps cut out irregularly.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Go for zoom application, it's awesome for the time being.
