What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

Zoom is an excellent resource for lectures, technical presentations and online training. We use a few licenses and it serves us perfectly well. We have other tools such as Skype and Microsoft Teams but they are not so interesting for this training activity with people outside the institution.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

There are a lot of things I like about Zoom: - Zoom is very intuitive; - provides easy-to-use tools; - schedule meetings and they appear on my calendar with the direct link to them; - Background change is good and works well; - Non-users can sign in via a URL, which is extremely beneficial as some customers don't use the same programs as us; - Ability to create themed rooms to divide participants into certain groups, which we use to host webinars and training; - End-to-end encryption and good prices; - usability and ease of access settings.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Need to improve microphone settings and have a pre-approved list of participants that can come and go without disturbing the speaker

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is an excellent tool, and it became popular with the limited free version. That's why people already know Zoom well and it's easy to do any kind of meeting or training with it.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

It is the most used video conferencing software. THe quality of screen share is amazing.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is really easy to install. Zoom is also very user friendly and easy to use. THe quality of screen sharing is amazing as it never lags, unlike similar products. The audio quality is decent. Last but not least the feature set for Zoom is good enough for me for my daily activities.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The video quality is really poor. You can have a high speed internet and still have problems with video sharing. Also Zoom can add more background wallpapers for better user experiencebetter user

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is worth trying Zoom. Everyone nowadays is using this software so you have high quality audio conferences using Zoom

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

Zoom is open to third-party integrations as well. With support for third-party plugins, you can ease your tasks. For example, you can join a Microsoft Teams meeting by using Zoom.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Zoom comes with a handy feature—Touch up my appearance.This feature lets you smooth out your skin, removes dark circles under your eyes, and beautifies your face. This feature makes me feel confident whenever I am conducting any meeting.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Basic plan has a lot of limitations.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Zoom is a Productivity Tool. It helps you get more done in less time by removing geography as a barrier to face-to-face meetings. Zoom’s technology keeps getting better.
