What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

The timer feature of zoom which pauses the current meeting and after the added time meeting restarts automatically, helps its users to take breaks and after scheduled time they can again continue working. Zoom is very easy to hold multiple meetings and the availability of breakout rooms helps in separating the groups when host wants to speak separately.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Zoom is pretty lightweight to run and its bandwidth usage is low compared to other video conferencing apps, so even on low-speed connections, we won't feel any difference. With it we're able to use outlook plugins for scheduling meetings and send invites. Also we can get temporary meeting id for one off meetings and can have a static one as well.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Zoom lacks a lower-priced feature to allow calls to phone numbers. As in it we're required to pay for a yearly zoom pro subscription, which is more expensive and not cost efficient for those who only want international calling.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend zoom over other means of communication on mobile for the aforementioned data-saving reasons in addition to low battery consumption.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

It has an amazing set of features. It is not just a normal video conferencing tool but here we can host webinars where attendees can act like normal audiences sitting in the auditorium. It also has various host controls which are really helpful in controlling mischievous acts during webinars and meetings. It also has an amazing whiteboard option which is missing on many other platforms. We can also do personal messages along with the public ones in the chat section while attending virtual meets which is not present in other tools.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I really like the webinar option here as we have to take various webinars in schools and colleges as an industry experts so it helps us a lot to reach a wider audience as we can add around 1k people in the webinar and also manage them to become a lot easier with its amazing set of host controls. We also have an option of recording virtual meetings and webinars, so we don't need to rely on third-party allocation for it. Apart from this, its virtual background feature is amazing and a lot better than google meet.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There are not many downsides to this product but there's one problem I faced while using it. It usually doesn't work on low bandwidth internet. If any of your meet members have low bandwidth zoom will not work, unlike google meet which works a lot better on low bandwidth than zoom.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend this product if you want to do webinars along with the virtual meets as it has various host controls and other features to control a large set of audiences.
