What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

The features i think Zoom is better at compared to its competitiors is that the tackling of network issues is better and efficient. Also the chat option provides a better interface to quickly interact with my colleagues during the call and to make notes quickly and effectively.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

As a Chartered Accountant there are a lot of calls to be made within the team as well as with the clients. Also data presentation becomes a big part of the job. With Zoom it becomes easier to navigate and schedule calls at ease and also the screen share feature integrates smoothly during the calls.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is one feature which i would like Zoom to integrate and which sometimes feel redundant is to connect the calls again in case of any disconnection during the call.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Zoom is the perfect solution for any person looking to connect with their team with a diveresed geographical location. Also Zoom is suitable for anyone working on road as it can be connected via mobile application as well.

Zoom has an unique feature where we can set the background of our image. Other platforms allow us to blur out our background, but Zoon allows us to add custom images in the background

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of using Zoom is the different views we get during calls and meetings. We can toggle between multiple views whenever we have multiple participants on the call which allows me to keep an eye on everyone

What do you dislike most about this product?

The cost of Zoom when you want to have multiple users is pretty high

Zoom is a great way to keep all the employees connected. I would definitely recommend this for all businesses to constantly engage thier employees

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

It has various host controls and features that are missing in most of the other vendors in the market. It provides various features to control the audience which is really beneficial for a host. It is the best platform for hosting webinars. It also provides support for virtual backgrounds which is really efficient. It also has an amazing meet scheduling option. It provides a simple UI and even we can minimize to a small widget on a laptop or PC and can continue our main work. This feature is missing in most of the other tools.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It has a very simple User Interface that is easy to navigate and we can see all the members of the meet in a single pane or we can adjust them according to our choice. The best thing I like about it is that we can personally chat with anyone in the meeting without being noticed by other members in the meeting. This feature is really amazing and loves it. It provides lots of features to tackle a large audience in a virtual session like on/off annotations restricting the voice calls, Q and A section, etc. Overall all the features help a lot in organing a perfect virtual meet.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It has all the major features that are required for a virtual meeting tool and there are not many downsides to this product. The only thing that is annoying is that it asks for the login every time we join a meet even though it has the guest option but still that prompt is annoying and secondly the meeting gets disconnected even on a slight signal drop.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend this product if you have a hybrid or work-from-home culture as this will be the best investment for your future meetings. Also, It is recommended for those who organize various webinars online.
