What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

Zoom never fails! It's the best video conferencing application I've ever used and I conference with executives around the world nearly every day!

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It's easy to use! Simple yet has all the bells and whistles you need.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Somethings are hard to navigate. I don't like that the settings window is separate from the video call. It would be easier to adjust the volume or screen features while I'm on the call instead of going to a separate window.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you like having a strong connection and never missing a beat, zoom is for you!

I think it's well-known and very easy to install! everyone has access.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes, the software lags when the internet connection is weak. Maybe optimize it to work better on lower internet connection speeds.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It's a great product and you should definitely use it if you often have remote meetings.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

Zoom provides the ability to simultaneously host up to 1000 participants, have personal chat, share files during meetings, have a virtual background of your choice, annotate the screen, and create groups for discussion, among many others. This wide range of features is not provided by any other meeting and networking platform, and this is what sets Zoom apart from its competitors.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The best thing I like about Zoom is that it provides me a live feed in the Settings regarding the CPU and Memory usage. It also helps me track the bandwidth, for both sending and receiving operations. Many a time, it happens that multiple applications are open on my system, which leads to high Memory consumption. This feature helps me decide whether I would need to close some of these applications, and also decide whether to switch my network to a better one in case more bandwidth is required.

What do you dislike most about this product?

For quite a few of my meetings, I have noticed that the camera directly turns on as soon as I join, and I am not prepared for the same. I might be looking unprofessional, and this is really embarrassing during client calls wherein turning the camera on was not planned for. A separate message box should pop up to mention that the camera would be turned on upon joining the meeting so that people could ready themselves and adjust their looks.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend everyone to use Zoom. It is a very user-intuitive platform for having meetings, and helps creates groups and send messages with the same ease as with Whatsapp. You can also share messages with yourself which can act as reminders. A very helpful meeting platform.
