What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Zoom differs from other online meeting software products in its ease of use. All you need is an email and password. Zoom works well on Macs and PCs.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Ease of use, along with audio and video quality. The first time I attended a Zoom meeting, there were 150 different users connected to the meeting, with no loss of quality.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Limited customization capabilities.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Demo the free version to get a feel for the software before you buy it.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Previously, communication was only done by phone or e-mail. SKYPE is cumbersome and difficult to use. Zoom has improved the experience by making it accessible to everyone and with an easy-to-use interface.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like how it is easy of use. I work with many different age groups and all of my clients can be scaled down quickly and easily. I love all the features, from background blur to the ability for multiple people to share their screen at once.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Honestly, I can't think of anything I don't like about this platform. The only problem I've ever had is connectivity and it has nothing to do with Zoom.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Zoom is very well known, all over the globe. It was saviour during the covid times and also a great product during normal time.
