Easy and intuitive to use

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
In my opinion, the simplicity of this application gives it added value. Indeed, I have worked with many people who are not comfortable with technology and they have an easy time using Zoom instead of other similar products.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite aspects is his simplicity and intuitivity to use this application. Plus, it is really easy to explain how to use it when someone need help.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I don't like the whiteboard, it is not easy to use with a mouse. Indeed, it is quite difficult to draw or write things with a mouse. There are not many people who have a graphic tablet which is more suitable when using the whiteboard tool.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you want an easy application which almost everyone know it, thanks to telecommuting, you should definitely try it!

Very easy to get started and almost anyone with little IT experience can join a meeting with no problems.

Nothing really to dislike. The best software for video conferencing.

For connecting your team this is a must-have service.
