Zoom is great for day-to-day basis communication

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
It requires little to no end-user training as it features one-touch feature to join or start meetings across devices. The other advantagebis the ability to host very large online conferences which is ideal for businesses with a lot employees. This is great when we need to host collaboration events not just with employees but with other businesses too
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Really user-friendly. Just about everyone feels confident using Zoom which makes our job easier. There is access to in-depth support, such as live help, online chat, phone support and help articles
What do you dislike most about this product?
Zoom does rely on us having a good connection and there is always an anxiety about holding up the session if our connection went down so some users may be not be able to participate properly because of a poor connection
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
There is no doubt that Zoom is a suitable solution to hold video calls, chat, host meetings or webinars and if you are seeking a new solution to do all that you should likely consider Zoom

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
The reason why Zoom meeting is so useful that it has been adopted by all industries. Of course, the pandemic has contributed to this, but whatever the reason, the bottom line is that everyone has experience with Zoom. This helps to reduce delays and technical problems when trying to connect people in the real world.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
What I love most about Zoom is the ability to collaborate easily with teammates currently working on a hybrid work schedule, which I'm sure we've all seen a slight increase in two years.
What do you dislike most about this product?
We've had some issues with sharing content. Also, the app interface is sometimes annoying when I'm searching for my own scheduled meetings.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It must be on top if you are searching for a collaboration tool.
