Amazing product, love it!

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
I have been using Zoom since the last few years since Covid happened. It has been an amazing software providing so many additional features that other software didn't have at the time and is continually improving. Love it!
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The whiteboard feature is awesome. Also the ability to create mini groups inside of the call is also great!
What do you dislike most about this product?
I don't think there is anything I dislike about this product, to be very honest.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you are a teacher/professor as I am, this is definitely an amazing product and you should totally get it.

Ubiquity of its use and that most people have the client installed on their device, have familiarity with the platform
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Ease of front end use. Simplicity to invite, manage, control, share, etc
What do you dislike most about this product?
Backend functionality of admin panel as well as increasing costs
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you are able to utilize something free like Google Meets, do so until you absolutely have to pay for something more robust

We experienced zero problems implementing and training our teams. No IT issue and support requests are handled quickly. Don't hesitate to pull the trigger on Zoom
